Founder of Kamut International and organic farmer Bob Quinn, is a compelling and authentic speaker. He is at his best with small groups of people where his engaging personality can shine through. A press dinner was arranged at Blue Hill in NYC. Blue Hill was chosen for the shared values of bringing the principals of good farming directly to the table. Special KAMUT® wheat dishes were created by Executive Chef and Co-Owner, Dan Barber.
The venue proved to be the perfect place where all attendees could have a Real Food experience rather than just have a meal. They were fully engaged with Bob and the information he was imparting. Bob was able to build relationships with these important editors.
